Time management and focus is something we all struggle with and I have tried all kinds of approaches to dealing with both. But I believe Ive finally found something that works.
When I sat down and really looked at all the overlapping priorities in dealing with my health along with the various setbacks due to injury, and the desire for long-term athleticism, it became clear that I needed to start with building, or re-building a good foundation.
Visions of family, peace, green forests, and other-worldly places but the destination is never fully clear.
